About me
My name is Sabine GUILLERMET. I’ve been a senior procurement officer since 2008. I learned the ins and outs of public procurement on the job: my background and training as a copywriter are a world away from public procurement contracts! And yet… I stumbled into public procurement by accident, and without any formal training since then, it was, strictly speaking, professional love at first sight—and it’s still going strong today!
Self-taught and a dedicated procurement professional with a passion for public procurement, my unique background spanning both the private and public sectors allows me to combine expertise in public procurement, procurement performance, communications, procurement marketing, and business development with a deep understanding of corporate constraints.
I’ve been convinced of the strategic role of public procurement ever since I started out, and I enjoy taking the time to explain what I do. When you make things more accessible, they naturally spark greater interest!
Act’HA! was born out of my passion for my work and my desire to share it.
